Weight gain: Same. Down a few pounds, but I feel a lot bigger!
Maternity clothes: Yes, and yes. Leggings are my friend, as are maternity tank tops. I can still wear my normal t-shirts, but any kind of form-fitting pants are too tight now.
Nursery: The colours look amazing and Trey has now also siliconed around the crown moulding and ceiling medallion so it is looking less like a room that is new construction. Very polished! I will post details in my next post on some of the items I have ordered. The crib and glider chair arrived this week! Eeeeee!!!
Development / Movement: Legs are now longer than arms and so baby is starting to take on proper proportions. Joints and limbs can all move now, but I can't feel it yet.
Sleep: Same. Awesome. I do notice the feeling of a little bump when I sleep on my tummy, but it hasn't really bothered me much yet. It is still so small.
What I miss: I haven't had time to think about the things I miss. It has been a busy week! I guess I could say that I miss some of my cute summer shorts that are now a little tight in the button.
Best moment this week: Busy week! I had lunch with my friend, Laura. I met with a new design client. I helped Renée and Stu choose paint colours for their kitchen. Brittany came for dinner and a good hangout. My favourite part of this week was probably our ultrasound. I love seeing Trey's face when he can look at the screen before they show me. He seems so happy and excited. Makes my heart happy!
Looking forward to: My birthday. Although I'm not making a big deal of it this year, it will be nice to have a brunch at home with our closest friends tomorrow. Tonight we are also going to Renée and Stu's for a BBQ to celebrate Stu's birthday.
Cravings: Fruit. I always love fruit, but this week I can't get enough.
Symptoms: Feeling good! Since I'm not napping, I do get sleepy early in the evening... but I think that's pretty normal.
Workouts: Consistent and regular but not intense. It is just what I can handle right now. Hoping to start some bar method classes up again in a few weeks.
